Sample Itinerary:
Thursday:
Arrive at property around 4pm.
Unload into house and garage with the help of Stoneflower team.
Quick walk around property with Suzanna.
Relax and settle in.
7pm-Dinner at Chico or Yellowstone Valley Grille.
9pm-Relax around fire pit with friends and family.
Friday:
9am-Grab coffee and a pastry from Wildflour Bakery.
10am-Hike to Pine Creek Falls or float the Yellowstone River.
1pm-Lunch at Old Saloon, Emigrant Outpost or Chico Grill.
3pm-Check out the local shops in town, peruse the shelves at Wheatgrass and Elk River Books. Stop for a beverage at The Mint, Neptune's or Katabatic Brewery. Stop in to see the art at The Frame Garden, The Danforth, The Center for Art and Culture, Medicine Bird or Visions West plus many others...
6pm-Rehearsal Dinner at Stoneflower, basic set up will have been completed while you were out enjoying yourself.
8pm-Soak at Chico.
Saturday:
9am-Coffee and Cream Catering arrives to keep everyone supplied with caffeine.
10am-Stoneflower team sets up ceremony area to your specifications. Couple will be getting ready in designated areas.
12pm-Tent layout is completed.
3:30pm-Caterer arrives
4pm-Linens and decor are put on tables, bar area is setup and drinks are on ice. DJ arrives.
4:30pm-Bartender arrives, first look for couple.
5pm-First guests begin to arrive, they can grab a drink, play some yard games and enjoy hanging out by the river.
5:30pm-Ceremony
6-7pm Cocktail hour-family photos. Stoneflower team moves chairs from ceremony area to under the tent if needed.
7pm Dinner and Toasts
8:30pm-Stoneflower team removes tables and chairs from dance floor if needed.
Couple sneaks away for sunset photos.
8:30-11pm-Dancing
11pm(ish)-Stoneflower team cleans up and you head over to the sitting area by the garage to wind down from the night.
Sunday:
10am-Mimosa or coffee brunch.
Stoneflower finishes clean up and hauls all garbage.
You get to relax and get ready to head to your next destination.
Checkout is around noon, but can be flexible.
