Do you only host weddings?
No, we can accommodate all kinds of events, from family reunions to painter's workshops.
What hours will the venue be available?
You will have access to the venue from 8am until 11pm, if you require time the day before to set up, or the day after for clean up, there is an additional fee.
Will there be more than one event going on at the venue?
No, you will have exclusive access during the time of your event.
Do you require an event coordinator?
Yes. To make your day as smooth and as flawless as possible, we do require you to have a designated event coordinator, whether you choose a six month planner or a day-of planner is up to you.
WHat is the policy for alcohol?
You are responsible for your own alcohol. If alcohol is being sold at the event, a properly licensed bartender with a catering liquor license is required.
will we need to purchase insurance certificates?
Yes, guests who book an event will be responsible for purchasing their own liability insurance.
Are there any restrictions we need to know about?
Yes. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. No open flames or fireworks. No firearms are permitted. No balloons.
What is your cancellation policy?
When you book with us, half of the rental rate is a nonrefundable deposit for holding the venue. Stoneflower Wedding and Event Venue reserves the right to refuse/cancel reservations. If Stoneflower Wedding and Event Venue refuses/cancels a reservation or is unable to accommodate an event on the guests desired date, a refund will be offered.
Is there parking on site?
Yes. We have plenty of space for parking, and there is no additional fee.
WHat is your payment plan?
A nonrefundable fee of 50% of the venue rental cost and a signed agreement is required to reserve the event date. The remaining final venue balance is due 90 days from the venue contract date.
Do you have an onsite caterer?
No. At this time we do not provide a caterer, but we do have a staging area for the caterer of your choice to use, that is equipped with power and covered from weather.
DO you provide a tent or will we need one?
At this time, we do not provide tents and you will need to rent one. We do strongly suggest that you rent one, due to the unpredictability of the weather in Montana.
